  It's self seating so I went there with my friend and just took our own seat. The server arrived a couple minutes later. My friend and I ordered the highest spice level and the server asked if we were sure (they were worried). They also checked in with us every few minutes and even suggested the ice cream for our burning mouths, and it was awesome and actually helped with the spice. The wrap was also good with wild spice level, but the fries were a bit different from the good ones that we had before. It actually is hard to find our server or get the attention of one because they were all busy, but we got our food around 15 minutes.

  After a long and exhausting day at work, my group and I stopped by Buffalo Wild Wings, and we were lucky enough to be served by Mya. Her customer service was exceptional from start to finish. She was attentive without ever being overbearing, checked in on us at the perfect moments, and genuinely went out of her way to make sure we felt comfortable and taken care of. As someone who recruits for a living, I pay close attention to how people show up in customer facing roles and Mya stood out immediately. Her professionalism, warmth, and natural ability to connect with people were so impressive that I honestly wanted to offer her a job on the spot. When I mentioned it, she smiled and told me she loves her job at Buffalo Wild Wings. Thanks for helping our night end well.

  This is the second time I’ve had a disappointing experience ordering delivery from this location. I ordered the Ultimate Nachos and a kids’ cheeseburger with fries, and unfortunately, most of the food was inedible. The nachos had barely any toppings, and what was included did not taste fresh. After just a few bites, the chips were completely bare. The fries were rock hard and tasted like they had been sitting under a heat lamp for hours. The cheeseburger was bland and tasted off. I spent $38 on this order and could not eat about 70% of it. Very frustrating experience. Delivery customers deserve the same level of quality as dine-in guests. I hope management addresses the consistency and quality control issues.

  Worst place ever ordered $250 worth of wings only got half of and managers never did anything about it and never got a refund I will never go here ever again !!!

  Consistently disappointing service. It took 10+ minutes just to get someone’s attention, and despite the app saying the food was ready, I waited another 45 minutes with no updates. Spending over $70 and getting this kind of experience is unacceptable.
