  It's been a while since the last time I visited here but I had a birthday coupon and gift card that I wanted to use so stopped by during their lunch hours after watching a movie. We didn't have much time and I remember they had a 15 minute rule that if the food didn't arrive within that time frame then the meal was free. Unfortunately, they stopped doing that and it seems like there is definitely a reason why. Many people talk about the slow service and I can definitely inclined to believe, even though it wasn't busy. I do think it was just our waiter, Bradley going around and maybe one other server. Additionally, I really don't like that they started doing self-seating but there is no indication of that and many reviewers have pointed out that they just stand because there is no signage or indication of finding a spot for yourself. There were also a lot of tables that needed to be cleaned as well. My boyfriend and I found a seat then ordered the street taco lunch special, crispy dippers lunch special with a tater tot upcharge, and a six bone-in wings with Asian Zing sauce. It did take some time to get our order, refills and food which was not helping at all. And it wasn't like I could really flag on our waiter as he was either delivering or doing something else for another table. I will admit though the table next to us was being quite difficult and frustrating but they were appreciative of how well Bradley was handling their problems. He is a great server but definitely seemed like he was overwhelmed by lack of staff. Now, I haven't really had a bad food experience at Buffalo Wild Wings but this was such a big issue for me but I couldn't ask for them to remake or complain about as I was on a very short time schedule. The street tacos were so salty that I could not even take a bite without the fountain drink that comes with my order. It got to the point that I had to just stop eating. This was super unfortunate as that is the main part of my meal but it was inedible. The crispy dippers were good and the sauce was great and the wings were delicious. However, this whole experience left a very sour and disappointing taste, feeling, and waste of time.

  Although I’m a regular once or twice a month and enjoy the wings and atmosphere. It always seems understaff. I expect this now. However, what I witnessed last night was disgraceful the bartender was very slow and has the worst attitude! He got into a shouting match with two separate guests who sat at the bar for what seems like an eternity just to order a beer. The manager it seemed did nothing to diffuse the situation. One of the gentleman had his beer and left. I also noticed a couple ladies leaving the bar as well about ten minutes after they sat down. The bartender didn’t acknowledged them and take there order. Worst service I’ve ever seen. Very disappointed!

  Do not order DoorDash for this place the restaurant obviously doesn’t give a damn about your order regardless half ass
