I recently visited this Federal Way WA Buffalo Wild Wings with a group of four, and unfortunately, the experience was extremely disappointing. From the moment we walked in, the service was slow and unorganized. We waited far too long just to be acknowledged, and it quickly became clear that the staff were either overwhelmed or simply not paying attention.
What made things worse was the overall lack of awareness and basic customer service. It felt like we were being ignored rather than welcomed. Simple requests had to be repeated, and there was little to no effort to check in on us or keep us informed. The attitude we encountered came across as dismissive and uninterested.
Because of the poor service, our group ultimately decided to leave without being served. We weren’t the only ones either—around 8 to 10 other customers also walked out during that time, clearly frustrated by the same issues. That says a lot about how the place is being run.
At the end of the day, this reflects on management and ownership. A restaurant can get busy, but completely losing control of service and ignoring customers points to deeper problems in how the business is managed. I hope the owner takes a serious look at what’s happening here, because experiences like this drive customers away.

Very disappointed, very poor service, no body attended our family for 27 minutes.
Hopefully owner or manager is reading this review.
Food was great. Plenty of options to customize your plates if needed (extra sauces, flats only, no veggies, veggy wings, etc).
Service was a little slow but probably as fast as they could be, it was just very busy. Had no mistakes, no forgotten items, and semi regular check-in from our server.
Atmosphere is what it is. It's a Sports oriented family friendly restaurant/bar. Plenty of TVs, plenty of sports, some trivia as well kept us occupied. Not too loud, not too crowded (tables aren't too close to each other). Nothing too special, definitely clean when they could get to it.
Unfortunately we weren't able to get a booth. There were about 4 or 5 booths available in total. When we came in 1 booth was occupied and the rest of them had nobody sitting at them but we're full of dishes. We stood there for a minute and the host told us it is seat yourself. We asked about maybe getting a booth and she just repeated that it was seat yourself instead of offering to get it cleaned up or acknowledging it. Understanding that it was busy, we just went to the bar. The booths remained full of dishes for the remainder of our stay, about an hour.
Experience was overall positive and the option to have flats only with all the sauces was awesome.

Came in with a medium sized party of 6. Our food was prompt but wasn't the best bww I've ever had. The service from Mya, (I think? Maybe Mia) was honestly what saved the day. She was training another lady as well and handled service still. Had the whole table laughing.
Visiting this location last night was a mistake and I’d be embarrassed to be Buffalo Wild Wings or the location manager if Gustavo was one of my employees. We got stuck with Gustavo as our server, and let me tell you, he made it super clear that he did not want to do his job. First off, don’t bother to order the Bottomless Apps that they were promoting – we got 6 mozzarella sticks for 7 people so we asked for a refill. Another 6 came out, so we asked for more, and nothing. We sat at the table for over 45 minutes with no apps, no food, no drink refills. Gustavo disappeared so much that we had to ask another server to fill our drinks and to see when our food was coming out. The manager was just standing around himself and when we made it clear we were unhappy, he spoke with Gustavo who actually laughed about it. Then came over and was condescending and disrespectful to us the remainder of the time. Took another 10 minutes to get our food, but only 6 of the 7 dishes came out – missing a salad. After waiting another 10 minutes, still no salad, we told them to just forget it. When we expressed how disappointed we were, Gustavo didn’t care. One of our guests mentioned that he would report him to corporate and Gustavo’s joked “do what you gotta do”. The sad fact is his disrespect was so confident, he knows that corporate nor the manager will do anything about this and his job is secure. Like I said, I’d be embarrassed to have Gustavo represent my company or restaurant location.
(For the record, I originally tried to give him the benefit of the doubt that maybe they were short staffed and he was overwhelmed, but this was not “I’m busy and trying”, this was condescending and disrespectful. This is a reflection of his character, not the circumstances he faced for the day.)
