  Waited in line for 20 mins for them to tell me they dont accept cash. They should display this boldly before you go through the drive through!

  Hi folks! It's me again! G.P.C. Since I'm reasonably certain, that 99.9 % of you, have formed your own opinions about Arby's restaurant chain long ago, I won't go into a long description, of my considered opinion, other than to say, fast food is... Well… Just that! Fast food! However, as this Arby's, located at 34404 16th Avenue South, in Federal Way Washington, near the beginning of Hwy 18, is quite close to my wife's place of employment, and a short hop from our residence, and is therefore, very convenient for my meeting my wife, and taking her out to lunch, with a window of only one hour to accomplish it! It was for that reason, we initially chose this location. But, there were several other choices, with nearly the same parameters, that we also patronized. After a few weeks, a pattern began to emerge. I noticed that, more and more, we seemed to agree on Arby's, as our first choice. Yes, it was the closest, but I don't think that really factored in. What did, was that first, this location was relatively slow, as the lunch rush bombardment usually goes, so it was not crowded at all. Which meant, we almost always walked in, went straight to the counter and placed our order, which we could see was being cooked, before we finished swiping our card! And, within a few minutes of our choosing a table, our meal was ready. The folks there, were very pleasant, and seemed eager to serve us with a smile, and although there wasn’t the usual mob of people, trying to get somewhere, get a fast, hot, reasonably good meal, delivered correctly, and get back to work, in time to keep their slave collar, without a stress induced migraine and an upset stomach, just like we were, our order was quickly, conscientiously, and correctly made! Every time! So, it might be a good choice for you other members of the rat race, as well! I've found, it's always fresh, hot, fast and yummy food, with more importantly, an easy, relaxing lunch hour, that you get more of, and a much more refreshed, comfortable and productive afternoon, than you may get otherwise! Give it a try! Not every day, I know! But... Give it a try! I go there, more than not, myself! Maybe, I'll see you there!!! Thanks again, for your time! Yours truly, G.P.C.

  How can a fast food restaurant be out of chicken in a whole state. The restaurant was clean but not informative regarding anything in the menu. In the late 80s when I worked at Arby's it was my responsibility to learn the complet menu to answer questions at any time. That's customer service they make more today so need to learn to give better service.
