- LMLarry MullenDec 16, 20252.0Ordered a sandwich by mistake to this location during the flood in Everson, tried calling store to inform them a mistake had been made, their phone number is disconnected, so I went into the store when the water resided and explained my situation, and the young man working said there was nothing he could do. Wouldn't recommend this store.
- MMMichaelOct 9, 20251.0I've now had two issues at this Subway: First, went in and the dude screwed up my sandwich and fought tooth and nail against remaking it even though I couldn't eat it even if he scraped off what he put on it, I had to explain that I wouldn't be risking my health to save his screw up three times before he finally started to remake the sandwich. Second, this one is partially my fault but the reaction I got was extremely rude, I had ordered online and sent it to this Subway on accident, I tried to call to inform them but the phone number on Google, the subway site and other review sites is disconnected, anyway after an hour, they called me, I explained the situation and was told he couldn't do anything about it, when I asked who I needed to call to figure it out, he panicked said "okay okay" and hung up on me, I think he got scared I'd call corporate or something? Really shady. The restaurant is also STILL heavily torn apart and a portion of the store looks like a mess.
