  Did a pick up order. Sandwiches were ready when I arrived but not in the pick up area so had to wait 10 min for a family to finish their order. Then she wouldn't let me grab my wife's Sandwich who was sitting in the car. Sauce was missing from both. 6.99 footlong was the only bright side.

  Absolutely horrible experience at this location. The two Hispanic women working the counter LIED about how they changed their portion sizes. Only 4 triangles of cheese and one layer of meat on a footlong spicy Italian. They did the same on my sons meatball sub where only five meatballs and four triangles of cheese. I order subway all the time and knew this was wrong. I asked them why so little and they explained that all the locations do that now! I will NEVER step foot in that location EVER again! I have a very strong feeling I was discriminated against due to not being Hispanic. They were very rude and blatantly lied to me about their so called changes.

  Ordered veg patty and when I opened later there was no patty in sandwich. They never told me at pickup and they don't pickup phone calls.
