- JCJaxson CuttitteMar 30, 20261.0Probably the worst subway I've ever been to. I go here for my work lunches rarely and every time I've been in, the same server takes like at least 5-10 minutes to prepare one sandwich. For some reason she also decided to prepare mine and another customers sandwich at the same time? Beyond that, they don't accept any sort of promo or coupons, so I ended up having to spend a ridiculous 15 dollars BEFORE tax for a pretty average sandwich. The reader also added a $2.5 tip automatically, and I was trying to ask the server what had happened and they just acted puzzled. I didn't even click anything and the reader just applied a tip. Why would fast food even need a tip in the first place? I was overcharged for a sandwich and there was slow service? So many things wrong with this subway, and subway in general. Oh, and my food was cold even though I asked for it toasted. 🤷🏻♂️
- MMMJMar 6, 20261.0I went there yesterday to get lunch and had a very bad experience. The music in the store was so loud that I couldn’t hear what the staff were saying. There was only one other customer waiting for food, but the employee took a very long time to prepare a single order. When she finally took my order, the service was still very slow, and she had difficulty understanding what I was saying because of the loud music. Due to this experience, I will not be returning to this store again.

Food wasn't cooked long enough in the oven for the meat that was chosen, the 50% less fat on the chips is only bc there is less than 50% of chips in the bag. Definitely not going back to this location.

- EHEmily HDec 21, 20255.0It’s always clean, the food is ALWAYS fresh and staff is polite. I drive 25 minutes out of my way when I’m craving subway just for this location because of how disgusting and dirty the locations in Marysville are.
