  Recently, (March 20th) I did a pick-up order at the Safeway on Rucker in Everett. In that order was a bag of whole wheat flour. Today (March 30th) I was making a loaf in my bread machine. I opened and used the flour. After I had it going I was putting the flour in a container and I noticed the "Best By date was 14 January, 2026. (2 months ago). I did call and let them know. They were polite.

  If you have issues with a purchase at this store and there is a female at Customer Service, over the age of 35... Do Not Bother. She will not only cut you off every time you even try to explain the situation (because she has no interest in helping you), but she will ignore all forms of conversational decency, treat you like you're the idiot and make it abundantly clear that you're nothing but an inconvenience to her... Even when you try to explain that their Corporate Office Has told you their Store Specific Customers Service is the only way you can get the issue resolved. I wish this were a joke and I am so glad she got me on a good day, when I'm honestly just not interested in the argument and not even being allowed to form a full sentence without being spoken over. I'm pretty sure I heard her rolling her eyes when I asked if I could actually speak without being spoken over and cut off.

  I was at the gas pump at eight at night and a big woman comes out of the gas pump and says I’ve been sitting out there for 10 minutes while I was on the phone and told me I have to move. I proceeded to point out all the pumps that had no one at them at least five others because it was not busy at all, and there was mini pumps open and told her ma’am you are just being annoying. There is no reason I have to move. You were just trying to basically pull a power move. She then proceeded to try to tell me that she will call the cops on me. All I can say is if y’all want to go somewhere, I would probably go to a different Safeway because this one is very rude and miss handling and on a power trip they hire it seems to be anyone. If you want to go to a peaceful Safeway and have a good day, I would suggest another in the area.
