  Don't order here unless you plan to wait at least twenty minutes and expect to be missing half your order. This is the third time in a row that they have forgotten something.And that i've had to sit for over fifteen minutes

  Went through the drive thru at midnight, I just got off work from a 15hr day. I couldn't understand the guy taking my order, I just assumed he was asking what I wanted, so gave my order. Went to 1st window to pay. When I got to the 2nd window, I could see the manager (bald, heavyweight white guy) talking with 2 maybe 3 employees. When my food was ready, 1 of the employees practically threw my bad of food and drink at me, never even looking out the service window! No straw or napkins and no opportunity to ask for even ketchup. Oh and my medium fry was more than 1/2 empty, cold and rubbery... NOT a good experience! I just moved to the area. I will go somewhere else at this point to get a quick bite to eat after work...

  If you come in a hurry this place is not for you, I think it's the slowest McDonald's in history, they should prohibit employees from going out to smoke when they are working.

  You will have lengthy waits regardless of if your a customer, drive-thru or delivery driver. No one attends the front of the store, when someone does come up front you better get their attention or they'll walk right past you. Honestly, you should just pass this McDonald's and go to the one on Everett Mall Way or Colby. This one needs a serious overhaul in how they operate.

  The shop is downright disgusting at best. Food all over the floors, tables and even chairs. Must be allergic to cleanliness. The employees especially the younger ones are just rude and downright dont look like they wanna be there and anything you request is an inconvience to them. Most adults, including myself have seen how chaotic these work environments can be but these folks arent even trying, just there to pick up a check. Even more with the manangement team. The fries are lukewarm at best, they always get your order wrong or its missing something, and dont get me started with how hard their bread is half the time in the morning. Had bricks for breads for breakfast at one point. It hasnt been long since this store has been up but i dont think its going to last long with foods and services being below sub par. Even their CEO spits out the food, Burger King or Wendys definitely a much better and safer option. They give you actual food that you request and not a mystery bag of whether its edible or not for $20. I would give a 0 star if i could, never coming back here and im definitely not recommending McDonalds to anyone in the foreseeable future.
