  This location 9 out of 10 times always make you wait much longer for your food, even when you've put an order ahead on the app. Also never includes any sauces that you order. Harbour Point location is much better!

  95% chance to get your order wrong. And on top lacking good customer service ... How do they stay in business ? Idk!!!

  if you’re looking for “fast” food, look anywhere else. you could walk into any other restaurant at rush hour, wait for a table, and still get in and out faster than their service here. speed isn’t the only issue, they’ll have you pull around the corner and wait half an hour just to completely mess up your order. i’ve given them so much grace and play try to play it off as a “one time situation” but no, literally every time i come here it’s the same situation. slow and poor service. you might think “just place a mobile order for pickup”, same thing. save your time, save your patience, go to any other mcd location but this one

  i was standing at the counter for like 20 minutes as they all walked past me and just watched me stand there and then they help other people that just came to the counter instead of me
