I feel bad for the solo worker on a Sunday lunch shift, who obviously had a ton of pick up orders. As we walked in they immediately said "Hi, I'm so sorry but it will be about a 20 min wait to order" I saw she was in the middle of a large pick up order (making it) and we said ok; and sat nearby until we were ready. 2 more families came in, same thing. She got done earlier than the 20 mins but when she called us up to order and my kid ordered the featured ham and cheese melt we were THEN informed the broiler (?) wasn't available for hot sandwiches. We left.
Is there not some spare paper to write a quick sign? "Due to short staff and online orders, service may be delayed". "Currently not able to offer melted cheese sandwiches ".
Literally had to fold my meat in half and throw 4 inches worth of bread away because there wasn't enough meat on my sub. Disappointing, id rather stick with Jersey Mike's than waste my money on jimmy John's bread.

Got the club sandwich here today. $23 for a peice of bread with about $1.50 worth of meat on it. Absolutely flavorless and bland . Not to mention they wouldn’t take a 100 dollar bill and it was just after lunch hour so I’m sure they had a till full of money. Will not go back here ever again.

Unfortunately, this is consistently the worst Jimmy John’s location I’ve visited. Not once has my order been ready on time or prepared correctly. I decided to give it one more chance today, but the experience was the same—if not worse.
I placed a mobile order and arrived to find the staff standing around, with a long line of unmade mobile orders still hanging from the printer. After I gave my name, the employee flipped through more than eight pending orders to start mine, and I still waited over 10 minutes for a single sandwich. They were also out of ingredients, so I didn’t even receive what I originally ordered. I was the only customer in the store the entire time.
What’s the point of mobile ordering to “skip the wait” if I end up waiting anyway? It completely defeats the purpose.
Fantastic customer service from Lydia today, who went out of her way with kindness, thoroughness and professionalism. Great location 10/10
