Same exact order except 2 changes. The drinks were different and one was extra cheese. EXACT same amount of cheese on both despite charged for extra, food was basically at the window moment I showed up within a min of ordering including cold drinks that looked to be sitting there waiting as the next orders drinks were already there too, person was very blunt and basically didn't confirm anything and when asked about straws was told spoons and wasn't even asked if I wanted straws. (Frostys but still, if I ask about straws I probably wanted some right?
So to short change
Charged extra for addition didn't get
Horrible window manner
Food may have been premade and kept warm until someone ordered it.
ADDITIONAL EDIT AFTER EATING: my fries are cold cold not lukewarm not room temp. I am legitimately considering reporting this to either Wendy's complaint line, or the health department.

I honestly would love to give zero stars! We live 1 minute down the road and our food was freazing cold. I called and was told idk how we make everything fresh. That is a joke. This is the second time we have tried this Wendy's and its trash. I would eat next door at Dicks and there food is worse but at least its hot
