Pulled up to the drive thru speaker, at 9:50pm, employee had a very bad attitude and didnt seem like she cared about serving me (she had blue in her hair, white, looked to be in her mid 30s, I got to the window and observerd her on her phone not paying attention to me, she stood on her phone for a couple minutes, during which I observed her drinking her drink and putting back on the drive thru station where food would go, without washing her hands she makes my drinks and grabs the food, hand me the stuff I ordered and did not even say anything, no have a good night, just handed it to me with an attitude like I was inconveniencing her time she wanted to spend on her phone not doing her job, this is not the first time I have had an issue with this person and I belive management should look it to this.

I came here to grab food and use the bathroom. Both doors have signage that restrooms are for employees only. Guess I’ll get food from somewhere that lets customers use the restroom. This is pretty ridiculous.

Ghost-town ambiance as the Ripoff new menu is sickening. Tiny 2oz plastic tub of grossly mixed together pico de gallo, sour cream, beans and beef with 1 oz of chips replaces the legit Double beefy Nachos in a flat box they offered for the same $2.99 price as before. The $2.99 tiny caramel stuffed churros are the size of a small weiner cut into 3 and taste like microwaved plastic. The large $4.69 Freeze is the size of a small ICEE.

This is a very small Taco Bell location unfortunately and when there’s a lot of people here (especially kids from the nearby schools after school days are over), it can lead to the interior feeling super stuffy and cramped. The service here is okay, I’ve only ever come to pick up doordash / Uber Eats orders. I haven’t ordered food from here yet. The turnover time on receiving orders generally seems to be a little bit slow compared to other Taco Bell locations. From what I’ve noticed, I always see other DoorDash drivers waiting around for just as long as I am and I also see people with mobile orders also having a little bit longer, wait at times compared to what you could expect from a usual Taco Bell. Unfortunately, it just seems like this location isn’t the fastest overall. It is clean inside, typically, but due to the size of the store and the general restraint when there’s people there, I’m just not a fan of the atmosphere. Clean bathrooms, polite, and respectful staff, but that’s all I can really say about this location as for my side of things.

On 12/27 my family and I went through the drive-thru a couple of weeks ago to purchase a freeze. I am not exactly sure of the time, but it was dark outside, so maybe 6 or 7... I asked a male voice at the drive-thru if my freeze could be mixed half n half (strawberry and blast) and was told no. I mentioned that I have always ordered it that way and was told that there is no way to charge me for that, so "no!" I asked for a manager and the person on the other end of the intercom said the obvious "I am a manager." I responded, "ok, so we'll talk to you at the window." The male voice said in a threatening tone, "Bet!" It was a busy night, so there were a few cars ahead of us. When my family and I got to the window, a twenty something Hispanic woman immediately slammed the window after the car before us pulled off and locked it. We waited at the window for what felt like ten minutes, listening to threats and honks behind us. We noticed the hispanic woman speaking with someone near the fryers that was out of our view. She rolls her eyes and throws up her hands then relents and opens the window. We ask her if the co-worker standing next to her near the soda machine is the manager who said "Bet!" She said "no." She then states "you guys made him cry." Our response was "make who cry?" She says that we made the guy standing at the soda machine for several mins doing nothing, we made cry. I asked "how did we make him cry if he wasn't the person on the speaker? We didn't even speak to him..." She had no response on the mystery manager or how a civil conversation at the drive-thru led to someone crying, a disappearing manager and a locked window. It made it seem like she was scared of us for some reason. I asked why did she lock the window. She had no response. I mentioned that there was no reason to lock the window other than our appearance making her feel threatened because the conversation at the intercom was civil (on our end only). She responded, "My father's Black!" I am not sure why this Hispanic woman thought that would be an appropriate and professional response, given her responsibility as a professional and given the nature of this climate that we live in. She wanted to taunt us and I wasn't having it. I asked for the drink that was purchased several times, accepting to take it the regular way. She refused over and over again. (Meanwhile there is a car behind us and there is a woman yelling slurs at my husband during the ENTIRE interaction to which the woman at the window is listening to as well. Soon the other cars start joining in yelling and screaming to hurry up and go on) It came to a point where the streaming and yelling was way too much and the cashier seemed to ignore it all. As frequenters of this establishment I was appalled that she allowed this to go on, knowing that within the first 60 seconds of her opening the window I asked to take my drink the way it came. She could have avoided this disruption. She wasted my time, my family's time, and all of the angry, impatient people behind us. This establishment is disgusting!
