I only had cash at the time so they wouldn't serve us so we got stuck sitting in their drive thru forever hungry for no reason!

If you try to order in person, you may be ignored for up to half an hour. I’ve watched them finish a bag of food and then let it sit on the counter for 20 minutes before someone asked me what I was waiting for. This happened twice. Both times, the bag was my food, and they didn’t bother walking two feet to put it in the pickup area. They’ve also given me medium drinks instead of large multiple times because they were out of cups. Also, the restaurant is very cold and the chairs are uncomfortable. I don’t want my food after it’s sat in the cold for 20 minutes. Outright ignoring people so they can prioritize the drive through isn’t acceptable.
