    Taco Bell is Taco Bell. Don’t be mean to Taco Bell. Their people work hard, get paid little. It’s cheap and it is what it is-grab a handful of the hot sauce and put it on everything and you’ll be happy.

    I got a Luxe box which was mostly fine and I got it very quickly through ordering on the app and getting through drive through. My cheese quesadilla had a finger mark in it and spicy sauce which I didn't ask for.

    This place sucks. They don't even acknowledge you at the counter. Placed a mobile order on the app, said it'd be ready in 20 minutes, not sure why so long. Checked on my food about 25 minutes later, said it's be a few more minutes. Went back up after waiting for 45 minutes, asked for a refund, told them I didn't want my food anymore at this point. They didn't give me a refund or anything. They told me it's almost ready. I'll be talking to corporate to get my money back, can't get the time back though. Probably worst fast food experience ever.
