- BPBradley PastJun 12, 20192.0Walked in this evening and the only guy working was some middle eastern looking young dude. He was on his personal phone when I walked in. I took a few seconds looking at the menu and took a step forward to let him know to get off his phone and take my order. He didn't get this gesture, and continued his conversation at least another 30 seconds and then gave me the "1 sec" finger. As I'm getting a little irritated this whole time I was also looking up any other place in the area to pick up something fast to eat within walking distance. Just as I'm about to walk out he finally comes to take my order and makes my sandwich. Only reason I am reporting this is because I see a huge decline in customer service in the restaurant industry and feel as though the leadership needs to hold these kids accountable for being this blatantly disrespectful.
