  Wanted a simple dirty coke. After receiving two wrong drinks (flavor added but not dirty) they finally got it right but since they kept reusing the same cup, it just became a blend of flavors and not good at all. I'll take the L but it's a good reminder of why I don't frequent this spot.

  March 4, 2026, at 5:10 PM. They refused to deliver my Uber Eats order. The order was left on the table ready, and nobody brought it, even after I waited a long time. I called three times through the intercom, and the delay in delivering the food was absurd. When they finally delivered the food, they demanded that I show my cell phone with my name and the purchase receipt. Since I didn't show it, they didn't deliver the food even though I gave the correct name of the order. I left, with the order paid for, and had to contact Uber customer service to cancel. This is all outrageous!

  I'm sure it was just the re-use of a dirty machine. My cherry limeade slush had large brown chunks I thought was cherries, but I pulled one out and it smelled like chocolate. Needless to say it ruined my drink :(

  Problem with their walk-up touchscreen, and I keep finding small red speck remnants of past-made drinks, possibly cherry limeade, that I can slightly taste in my cookie dough blast, kinda tastes off been to this location in the past I had no problems but its not the same

  I really only like to get the half priced drinks here and get the strawberry slush with extra strawberries and maybe sometimes nerds. The food I'm not very impressed with. They took away the only good hotdog they had which is the Chicago dog so I really don't get any food here!!
