Did shopping today for 2 hours and cash register broke, Customer service tried fixing problem with no solution out of it after 1 hour. They canceled my whole grocery with nothing to offer. Charged my card for $84 and kept all grocery back. No joke. Told my refund will be given back later. Will never return in this Horrible store ever again. What a worse customer service. Customer service person and manager both soooooooooo rude and disrespectful. They will get back what they did with me. My more than 2 hours was waisted in this store.

Unfortunately, the flower shop inside was closed, and there were very limited fresh flower arrangements available. I asked if someone could help me wrap a few flowers together, but no one was available. I then asked if they could at least cut me some ribbon and wrapping paper so I could put it together myself in the car. The cashier kindly called the manager, and thankfully, he was able to make it work. I was very close to walking out disappointed, but I really appreciated the cashier at the checkstand who took the extra step to check with her manager — and the manager who was willing to help by providing what I needed. When staff at a large corporate grocery store go out of their way to treat customers as human beings and help prevent added stress — especially when you're out of town — it deserves to be recognized. For that reason, I'm giving this store a 5-star review.

And the pharmacy was equally adamant that they were not responsible, acting offended that I asked for their help finding the solution. What a grift. Don’t offer me a service you have no intention of fulfilling and then act like I’m the asshole for expecting it to work as advertised.
