First you have to deal with the rude hostesses that really don't belong in hospitality. Second, the food takes a long time and with young kids this is not the place to go. Drinks were never refilled and dirty plates were never cleared from the table. The food was decent but really small portions for the price. I would have to assume this place is trying their best but unfortunately they need to find better staff who want to be there and give quality service. We had some friends in town and gave it a shot. Save yourself the trouble and find another restaurant to spend your money. I hope they can get things figured out!!

Experience here was one of the absolute worst experiences at an Outback. Will not be coming back to this specific location. Took over 1 hour for our group four, ordered one steak, a sandwhich and two pasta dishes. No updates on the status of the food. Had to ask twice what’s the status by stoping our server who never checked on us once, unless we got her attention. The second time I requested the a manager who never

My wife and and I came to the restaurant to partake in the free dinner for veterans for the first time, which both of really appreciate being vets. Upon arrival, there was a line out the door, which we anticipated it was going to be busy, but there were no hostesses taking down names in order of arrival to get people seated as quickly as possible. It seemed they were short staffed and should have anticipated a large crowd and had enough staff to cover. We walked away and went somewhere else.

WOW! The best steak I have ever had! We were at the Everett, WA on Sept. 20, 2025 when they opened for lunch - celebrating my Grandsons birthday and his Dads/my son birthday. I said "we are celebrating and I am having the Filet - get what you want." I got it medium rare and it came just as I had requested. I have found most steaks are good on one end but not the other. This steak was the best all the way through. I can not wait to go back... I marked down on the service as I was disappointed that NO dirty dishes had been removed all the way through the meal and I had to ask at the end if she would please remove some of the dirty dishes other than that she did a great job in relaying what we wanted to the cook. It tends to run a bit noisy which is not to our liking and I would prefer a quieter area to enjoy our meal and visit with family. I gave the waitress $20 to give to the cook which I read later is not the best thing to do? Thank you Outback for the wonderful meal! (Darla Bauman)

I never leave reviews, but I can't let this go unnoticed. My husband and I arrived at 750 pm for what we hoped would be a nice dinner out. To start we walk in and nobody is at the front or anywhere in the restraunt that we could see. There were no fellow patrons so I said to my husband" maybe they are closed?" My husband said he could hear some people talking/ laughing, so we waited a few more minutes and then called out hello?? hello? No answer. So we walked towards the voice he heard to see if we could ask someone if they were still open as the sign said open til 9 pm. Seeing nobody we returned to the entrance and called out again. Hello? Hello? A few minutes later a girl/ lady ( probably the rude manager)came out in a nasty tone saying..." Do you usually walk into the back of a restaurant when u come?" We said ... Well when we are here for 10 minutes and nobody came to assist us we tried to call out and see if we could be helped or to see if u were open so we could go somewhere else if not. This women then said " we were watching u on camera the whole time you weren't here 10 minutes. I said we were here quite some time, and she continued to argue & try to turn this into an us problem.Really?????? I would Never in my life step back inside this or any outback in my life. I will make sure all my friends and family are well aware how we were treated . She was so rude that I see why there was NOBODY in this place. If that's how they treat people who were just looking for a nice dinner then I could imagine how the food is. They were all so busy in the back laughing and talking that serving customers was the least of their concern. We were cutting into their easy paycheck just talking ... why would they want to actually work... Like I said I never leave reviews , but in 57 years I have never been talked to by a "hostess" /employee so rudely. I must say that this women was so condescending that I actually had to say something smart back to her. I bet this Outback will be closed within a year or less if they don't do something about their service. SORRY for the long rant I would just hate to see someone else go here and be treated this poorly. We left feeling verbally assaulted by the staff. I plan to call cooperate because I am in the service field. ( nurse of 32 years) and if I treated the public this way I would and should be fired.
