My Uber order showed “preparing” for over 25 minutes, so I called the restaurant like the app suggested. The first employee answered, said “one second” loudly, and then never came back. The call was then passed to a woman who couldn’t understand what I was saying, and when I politely asked if she could check on my order, she told me it was “Uber’s fault, not ours,” and hung up on me. There was zero effort to help, no communication, and my food clearly wasn’t being prepared at all. Unprofessional and extremely frustrating. I won’t be ordering from this location again.

I repeated myself 3 times, asking for a happy meal with a sprite and a 2 cheeseburger meal with a coffee. I paid at the first window and got a receipt with the ink so light that I couldn't read it at all. When I went to pick up the food from the next, found that he hadn't put in the order right. No happy meal, just the nuggets and fries, no drink. The other meal was correct. I would not recommend using the drive-thru at this location.
