Does not matter what I do my order is never correct, always missing something, then I have to take the time to reach out to Doordash and my family goes without. You take zero accountability, I call and I'm hung up on. You have zero English speaking staff, the simple question of why can you not get a order Correct and you're response is "I don't know"? Tells me your quality is horrible, your staff is horrible. What happened to the customer service McDonald's used to present. I'm disgusted and now will never order from here again. Get it together! What a overpriced disgusting experience!

Great but always always always check your sweet tea. 3/5 times we get it, it's clearly unsweet. Just ordered 2 sweet teas and one was sweet and one was unsweet 🙄

I placed an order yesterday because the app said they were open and I got there wait about 15 minutes till another guy came up to me and said he was there for 30+ minutes and he said they are closed so I left and called them the next day for my money back and they said to contact the people on the app so I went looking on the app and the app says to contact that store for a refund or payment issue

I was refused service because I was told the location was closed. The time was 12:50AM the 128th st. Location closed at 1:00AM. I left my house expecting McDonald's posted hours to be correct and I was refused service. Won't be returning to this location ever again.
