This store is a case study in failed leadership. I was charged for items I did not receive. I followed every required step to get a refund. I was told to wait for the store manager. Instead of resolving it, my case was closed without response. That doesn’t happen without management allowing—or encouraging—it. This location is run in a way that systematically avoids accountability. Orders are rushed out, cars are pulled forward, bags are handed off, and employees disappear before customers can verify what they paid for. When items are missing, the process becomes so frustrating and time-consuming that most people give up. That is not an accident. That is policy through neglect. The problems here are consistent: missing items, poor food quality, unprofessional service, and zero ownership when things go wrong. Those are not employee-level issues. That is leadership setting the tone and walking away from standards. The Evergreen Way location proves this clearly. Same brand, completely different outcome: accurate orders, consistent quality, and immediate accountability. Standards exist. This location simply chooses not to uphold them. Taking someone’s money without delivering the product—and then obstructing refunds—is unacceptable in any business. The fact that it happens repeatedly here points to leadership that is either incapable or indifferent. Avoid this location if you value your money, your time, or dealing with a business that takes responsibility for its mistakes.

I thought McDonald's was suppose to be an American staple with integrity and swiftness. I went thru the drive thru today was told to pull forward and wait on the side a couple mins. 15mins later I went inside and asked where my order way and it was just sitting there. This place has horrible service and no one speaks English. Ill be contacting corporate and ill be back for names of everyone who worked today to make sure they get penalized or lose their jobs would be best. They make McDonald's look bad and I won't ever order from this one again.

A few nights ago, I ordered three McChickens and the current Grinch themed BigMac meal, paying a NEW extra $0.40 just to get a Sweet Tea, instead of one of their other soft drinks. & The value for this new, and frankly ridiculous, upcharge was non existent. The tea was so severely watered down it barely tasted like anything, essentially paying a premium upcharge for a cup of lightly flavored water. Even more concerning was the state of one of my additional McChickens. It was delivered completely out of its wrapper, disassembled, with components scattered loose in the bag. This is a clear failure in food handling and packaging standards. However. The most disappointing part of this whole situation was the follow-up. I submitted a detailed complaint through their app (while trying to convey a level of understanding that I get that mistakes happen, I wasn't trying to emphasize blame on the staff directly. Even complimenting the window attendant, who was honestly delightful! He was kind and had a very joyous vibe that I highly appreciated). But the response I received from "Customer Care" was a generic, truly, copy pasted email template. Personalized only by my name at the top, It made no reference to any of my concerns nor addressed any of my issues specifically. It felt completely dismissive and lacked any shred of accountability, care, or even basic genuine acknowledgement. An AI chat bot could have produced a more sincere response. Honestly, I would have preferred it had they just not sent me any response AT ALL. The purpose of my complaint wasn't looking to be reimbursed. Although, I certainly wouldn't have turned my nose up at a coupon of some sort, had they been bothered enough to offer me even that! I was simply seeking acknowledgement that my issues were heard. Instead, all I got was a hollow, canned response. So now I come to this public platform to caution customers to not only be aware of this new utterly unwarranted upcharge, but to also be weary of the quality of product they might actually be receiving should they choose to pay it. Oh and perhaps to not expect their "Customer Care" team to actually care or address an issue. Because after this experience, when I have the opportunity to eat out from now on it won't be with McDonald's, a company that clearly couldn't care much less then they already don't.
