I had a quarter pounder w cheese. It was extra good! The bun was soft and fresh and the food was the perfect temp. Excellent customer service as well. We saw a homeless man that we knew, he was clearly high and all over the place so we sat down with him and ate dinner together. The employee who brought us our food was very kind. I fully expected to be judged harshly but we were all treated with respect and kindness. It was a positive experience and I would definetly reccommend!

Quick snack. Drive thru with small line of 3 cars but still restricting cars from coming into parking area. All spaces up front reserved for handicap or order pick up. All 7 spaces empty.
Parked across the lot. Entered at 11:23 AM with homeless person holding door for me to enter. This was my first impression. No one greeted or acknowledged me as a guest. Went straight to kiosks to place my order at 11:26 and meal delivered 10 minutes later. There were only 5 other patrons dining inside, all of which were waiting on orders. Food was delivered in silence without any communication. Just a drop and go. Wet floor signs occupied the dining room floor throughout my visit. Floors were clean, as well as the restaurant. This is the saving grace. Location looked as if it had a good closing crew because the place looked clean. Credit to closers. Non personal, lack of communication, speed of service during lunch hours with minimal customers in drive thru or dine in were the negative. Felt like being served by a vending machine. Parking lot was clean. Overcasted day giving little light causing the parking lot to feel dark and depressed. Lights on signage or exterior would have again made this experience better and more inviting. Seems like a good clean location, just would want a more personal touch or any personal touch. The only person that greeted me or extended and personal touch was the homeless man that held the door.
