The truth is, I'm a very frequent customer there. They make exquisite sandwiches. I used to go to Subway a lot, but I prefer coming here. Unfortunately, on this occasion, at eight o'clock at night, I came to eat and saw a guy cleaning the table area. Another person was preparing sandwiches, and another woman came from the back. I placed my order with her, and they prepared it very quickly. They offered me the combo, I got my drink, and I sat down, ready to enjoy a good sandwich. My bad experience was that the guy cleaning the tables was throwing chairs and tables around as if he were angry. It's a shame that I had to witness that while trying to have dinner. It's unfortunate that these young employees are so inexperienced, and I should mention that I have over 20 years of experience in customer service, and I know that it takes a long time to gain a customer, but it only takes seconds to lose one. Continuing with my story, it's regrettable that these young people are so unhappy with their jobs. Maybe they're underpaid, or maybe they don't have other options. Maybe they were annoyed that I sat down to eat dinner at Jimmy John's at eight o'clock at night. I work at Fluke, a company that's very close by. I hope that the managers will actually do something about this, at least reprimand them, or hire people who actually enjoy their work. I will return at the same time and sit down again, hoping to enjoy my dinner with a good sandwich. I hope this bad experience won't be repeated.
