My drink was dripping all over my outfit while I was driving before i realized. I think I’ll be taking a break from this coffee chain.
- ACA.D Master ConstructionFeb 21, 20261.0I don’t understand why I get several times in a row a different drink each time I order a white Yeti, before it came with wrong milk I ordered I am lactose intolerant, today they gave me a hot white yeti even though I ordered an iced one and the size difference between white and cold one is also different. It’s whatever but I am tired of spending money and getting not what I ordered. Plus of course everyone wants tips.

The staff who took my payment asked if I wanted to tip and I replied with a "yes" but not knowing she made the selection for me instead of allowing me to choose a tip amount. It happened so fast. I find this unethical and illegal. It's like "stealing."

I have tryed all these drinks countless times. This is a far drive for me, big disappointment and waste of my time. idk how you mess up drinks this badly. 2 rebels and sparkling soda all tasted like nothing.

We’ve decided to focus on what we do best - serving up awesome drinks, creating genuine connections at the window and giving back to our communities! That means we’re stepping away from offering DutchWear to our customers. You’ll still be able to buy coffee and drinkware on our website, which may occasionally offer a few surprises!
Can I buy stickers?
We’re not selling stickers anymore! Stop by your local shop the first Wednesday of every month for a Sticker Drop! You can now also earn App Stickers through the Dutch Bros app! Download to see which stickers are available to you!
Can I print a digital gift card and give it as a gift?
We recommend purchasing our IRL Gift Cards if you want to give something physical!
How do I earn points?
It’s easy! Collect 3 points for each dollar you spend at a shop, and there’s no limit to how many you can earn!
Can I still get points if I forgot my phone?
We hate when that happens! If you ever forget your phone, just give your broista your phone number, and you’ll earn the points. Unfortunately, we won't be able to issue points for past purchases unless you snag a receipt and email it to us.
Can I customize my drink?
Yes, our broistas are always happy to make any drink the way you’d like!
Can I place my drink order over the phone?
We aren’t able to take drink orders over the phone, but we’re excited to serve you! Don’t let our long lines fool you - we'll get your favorite drink to you as quickly as possible!
Can I apply more than once?
You can only apply once to each location! To follow up on an application, please swing by and check in with your local broistas!
Can I still customize my drink through Order Ahead?
We'd love to customize your drink the way you want, so you can definitely make your usual customizations when ordering ahead! If you have a particularly creative order, or enjoy a cold pour, we recommend ordering your drink at the shop so your broista can get it just right.
