Most of the time the coffee has a burnt aftertaste, so I’ve had to pivot to only ordering Rebels. Love the convenience and the vibes, but I really wish the drink quality was more dependable.

We tend to go in the evenings and the staff always have an attitude until they see that you tipped… This time around we asked for soft top on 3/5 of our drinks. When the drinks were handed to us without soft top and we asked to please have the soft top put on our drinks… the staff member with the all the piercings and bleached off hair sighed and rolled their eyes and said “You didn’t pay for the soft top but I gave it to you anyways”… As if we didn’t just pay for 5 drinks and TIPPED $5… but yeah shake us down for the soft top that we asked for!!! it’s not our fault that it wasn’t rung up.. This night crew is truly awful… acting like they are being forced to work there. *Except for the staff member that always has really cute earrings on and we literally adore him and always hope they are working*

Morning shift does great at replicating the drink but something about the evening shift isn’t doing well. There’s this one guy that’s got piercings and he’s super cool, kinda cottage core vibes yk. When i see bro ik my drink is going to be fire but when i see the girl with multi colored hair and piercings it’s always bad service and a bad drink

A Dutch Shake is our take on a classic shake. A Dutch Freeze® is a blended coffee drink!

We’ve decided to focus on what we do best - serving up awesome drinks, creating genuine connections at the window and giving back to our communities! That means we’re stepping away from offering DutchWear to our customers. You’ll still be able to buy coffee and drinkware on our website, which may occasionally offer a few surprises!
Can I buy stickers?
We’re not selling stickers anymore! Stop by your local shop the first Wednesday of every month for a Sticker Drop! You can now also earn App Stickers through the Dutch Bros app! Download to see which stickers are available to you!
Can I print a digital gift card and give it as a gift?
We recommend purchasing our IRL Gift Cards if you want to give something physical!
How do I earn points?
It’s easy! Collect 3 points for each dollar you spend at a shop, and there’s no limit to how many you can earn!
Can I still get points if I forgot my phone?
We hate when that happens! If you ever forget your phone, just give your broista your phone number, and you’ll earn the points. Unfortunately, we won't be able to issue points for past purchases unless you snag a receipt and email it to us.
Can I customize my drink?
Yes, our broistas are always happy to make any drink the way you’d like!
Can I place my drink order over the phone?
We aren’t able to take drink orders over the phone, but we’re excited to serve you! Don’t let our long lines fool you - we'll get your favorite drink to you as quickly as possible!
Can I apply more than once?
You can only apply once to each location! To follow up on an application, please swing by and check in with your local broistas!
Can I still customize my drink through Order Ahead?
We'd love to customize your drink the way you want, so you can definitely make your usual customizations when ordering ahead! If you have a particularly creative order, or enjoy a cold pour, we recommend ordering your drink at the shop so your broista can get it just right.
