I picked up my order through the pick-up window, and when I asked the employee about the ranch dressing I’d also ordered, she responded with a clearly irritated attitude, saying it was on top of the boxes. At the time, I couldn’t even see them, so it felt rude and dismissive. When I got home and opened the pizza, one of them had strange white spots on top that turned out to be Parmesan cheese – not a topping I ordered. When I picked it up, the cheese was crumbly and not the usual texture, which made it look and taste off. Normally, I’m happy with my experiences here, but this visit was really disappointing. I hope it was just a one-off, but I’ll think twice before coming back for a while.
