  We ordered from this Domino’s location through Uber Eats, which we will not be doing again. The communication between Uber Eats and Domino’s was very poor. The location and phone number listed were incorrect (which is bizarre as we have been ordering through uber with no trouble for years), and our pizza was not delivered when expected. Because Uber Eats is only the ordering platform and Domino’s handles the delivery, there was no way to see the delivery time or driver information in the app, which made things confusing and frustrating. We ended up calling Domino’s directly, and to their credit, the staff was polite, helpful, and worked with us to correct the address and reschedule the delivery. They confirmed the phone number and address, and we felt confident everything was resolved. The driver eventually delivered the pizza, and we tipped him. Unfortunately, when we opened the chicken BBQ pizza, there were multiple long black hairs ingrained throughout the pizza. We kept pulling them out, and it was impossible to ignore. This was far beyond a single stray hair. I have never seen food quality this bad. Whether this was due to improper food handling, lack of hair restraints, or something else, the pizza was completely inedible. The pizza also arrived very cold (but with the delivery miscommunication it understandable). We called again to report the issue. The employee asked if we wanted a replacement or a refund, and we requested a refund for the compromised pizza only. He spoke with the manager, and we were issued a full refund, which we appreciated. The customer service and phone support were genuinely good, but the condition of that pizza was unacceptable and ruined the entire experience.

  I deleted my last review because I don't know who is working on the new year at 6:34 I received my pizza whoever the cook is that's making these pizzas tonight They need a full-time job nobody else cook but this person This is the best tasting flavor-wise look wise pizza I've ever gotten from them I want to know if they can keep the guy that our girl whoever's working cooking leave them in that kitchen all times no other cooks except for this person please

  The well this is probably the worst dominoes I've had and I'm not going to lie the fact that they printed out the receipt to force me to try to get me to tip them when I've been to at least five different locations and I've never had anybody ever do this. I usually come a few times and then give tips because takeout you're paying hourly and you have no seating and you're expected to make the food just like any other place like McDonald's. This doesn't make you any special or different and there's no reason for doing this. I won't be going back to this location for this reason and frankly it was the worst service I've received at any Domino's already anyways. 🤌 I usually tip cash and the fact that you were so aggressive about it. Maybe go no I'm not going to actually come back here. I use the app and never have I had a location do this. 😂
