  I like giving positive reviews, but my last few interactions have been tough, and I've been receiving too many refunds for no food weeks after I spent the money, and I give up on this company. This hurts because I've been going to this chain before for almost a decade, and I can tell the economy isn't valuing customers and employees in fast food anymore, which means no more love in food. I placed an order at approx 11:30pm on saturday 1/10 with the offical buffalo wild wings app assuming the restaurant was open until its schedule 12am posting. I was confused when the confirmation stated i would receive my order on 1/11 day at 9:52am. I called the location and was relieved when an employee answered the phone. The In store employee was polite and used hospitality while explaining that the website will accept orders 30 minutes before close, but will push them to the next day (kinda silly). Understanding that I asked if I could cancel because i would have guest over to enjoy the food the next day. Due to using a 3rd party for delivery I wasnt able to have a refund or the order canceled. Accepting this I thanked her for her time, accepted that I would get to give out food I don't need the next day, and made a plan. The next morning I get a notification at 8am that the order is confirmed and will be delivered at approx 9:32am, so I make calls to cement my plan to distribute the food. At 9:25am I get a notification that they are at the store and no one is there. At 9:45 i get confirmation that the order is canceled. I don't take these things persoanl, extremely disappointing that corporate food chains can solve and have adaquates synergies with the partners they choose to partner with, as well as procedures that take accountability instead of both partners failing to service the customer

  It was my first time at any BWW. It's okay. I got the double cheeseburger it was good. The fries were nothing special. The strawberry lemonade was one of the best I've ever had. The service was excellent. Our server Alex went above and beyond for our large group of 10 guys. I've never seen so many screens in one place.

  The wings were very cold, our food took a very long time to come out and the music was too loud. Chicken was petrified
