  We were celebrating a birthday in the family and we had 9 people coming to join. We walked past the hostess as we walked in. She then came running in behind us disheveled. Maybe vaping taking a break? Then they wouldn’t seat us until half the group was there and when they got there it appeared they had to talk the server into taking us. I mentioned a birthday and they seemed to not care at all. Thats fine.. the server was rude his name is Alex and was rude to my brother when he didn’t realize that he needed to choose a rub or sauce for the wings. Alex seemed annoyed to have to even be serving us. He would hand food or drinks to others to hand the item to whoever ordered it when he could have walked around the table. I’m sure the sports tv is the only thing keeping that place open. Will not be back!! Gave us the wrong check and took my card…the charge was over a $100 difference and ran it without verifying it with me. The price was insane for what you get the food didn’t even come out hot or at the same time. Even though it’s Everett it can be done better. Good luck-

  They told my doordash driver they had my entire order, when he arrived 40 boneless wings were missing. I called Buffalo and they acknowledge they forgot to give the rest. I even offered to pick up the rest and they refused. KNOWING the rest of MY order is in the restaurant. Very unprofessional manager and was giving me the regular "Im sorry" "I understand" even though you can tell in his voice he didn't care one bit. Ive worked for management before in a restaurant and he did everything to make the customer not satisfied nor any effort to resolve it.

  Every time we order from this place regardless of pick up or delivery. They always miss something from our order. And I mean literally every time... they need to really check each order throughly. Its either I'm missing fries or a sauce that comes with an appetizer or a side.

  We got go the table & got moved to at least 2 times. The booth seats were all worn out Servers took forever. There was no kid crayons or toys as before. The french fries were so dry. The place was loud. Very disappointed
