    All my kid wanted was to try the apple pie shake. I put an order in via the app thinking we are good since the menu had the shake available. Only to find out at the window that their shake machine is down. Has been down and will be down until after the new year. My question is... WHY have something available on the online menu when it is indeed not available? Please fix your machine or take shakes off of the menu until you do.

    Going into the drive thru waiting with no service is wild. Then exiting the drive thru to see the workers smoking outside is crazy work. ZERO STARS

    They are very rude and disrespectful. One of the foods were not cooked all the way and they were cussing on us.
