Most of the time, it's something small that doesn't matter much, so it's not a problem. This time, I ordered online, got a sandwich and a basket along with a drink and 2 Blizzards. Not only were one of the Blizzards completely missing, the drink was just water instead of the soft drink I added.

I ordered $58 worth of items on a Tuesday around 630pm...they weren't busy nor was I in a hurry or rude about the wait, my mother wanted some onions and politely asked if she could add them on the order. After waiting awhile she went inside and the staff were bad mouthing us without realizing she was there. I will never come to this location again. I cannot believe the behavior they allow or condone withing their restaurant.

The young gal that was servicing look like she was just crying. Hope a dumb mistake didn't cause this. Anyways have a good day.
