- MMMindy3 days ago1.0I had a really disappointing experience at Chipotle Mexican Grill tonight. We dined in, but our food was automatically put in a bag without even being asked if it was for here or to go. No utensils were included, and there were none available in the dining area. When I went up to ask for utensils (girl with short hair) handed one to me by grabbing the part that goes in your mouth with her fingers. After handling money all night, that’s extremely unhygienic. I politely asked for a new one, and she laughed, rolled her eyes, and walked away. Like girl, if you wanna be dirty, oh well that’s your life but that was just gross. Hygiene and her need to get acquiesced cause they clearly have not met. Just poor customer service, and super unprofessional it’s a basic food safety issue. For sure won’t be coming back to this place. Imagine what you don’t see.

They said they didn’t have any put to check out. He double charged me. Then had to wait 15 minutes for them to figure out how to refund me. Looked over and saw a bunch of guacamole sitting there and said hey for my troubles can I just get some of that guac right there? I’ll pay for it. They said no have a good night in a rude way. I will never be back to this place ever the service was horrible guy couldn’t even speak English.
