Terrible Franchise owner displaying false advertising. Shows a display of "2 for 6.99 each" subs, and there is no text, fine or otherwise, warning you that you can only have lettuce and tomato and the employee has to use a scale to measure out a measly third of a pound of meat. White bread only and no option to add anything else to the sub and keep the deal. I feel bad for the employees being made to do this. They were straightforward about what the deal entailed but the signage was not and I had already taken my time to stop by at that point. It felt more entrapping than a tourist trap on vacation, but it was right here at my neighborhood Walmart.

The new 2 for 14 sub deal? Absolute trash! Dont buy it! You're better off ordering a normal sandwich, would probably be more food. The 2 for 14 footlong special was the most expensive all-bread sandwiches my husband ever brought home. Whoever this franchise owner is, they're instructing their employees to put practically nothing on those sandwich deals and excluding all the toppings except lettuce and tomatoes. This is not how its being done at other franchise locations. We will never buy another sandwich in this Walmart again.

Rushed home from work yesterday knowing that I was cutting the time close to when they closed but I needed to make sure my kids had dinner before bed. Walked in about 10 to close and the women in the back wouldn't even acknowledge my presences. So I had to walk up and get her attention and ask her if I could still order food and she denied my service stating that they were closed when they were not. She was pretty rude. Im glad there are 2 subways on town because I know I won't be back to this one.

The chashier was rude. Doesnt know how to follow scripting. When you asked questions they werent fully answered then then she looked annoyed as hell to have to actually tell us what she really had. There has No One in the store but me and my group of 3. The bread was stale. The vegetables looked 4 to 5 days old, tomatoes falling apart. And my nacho cheese sandwich was covered in sauce so much so I had to take it apart. Weirdly enough had no nacho cheese.... Instead of following their scripting and actually asking how much sauce I would want. Because the amount of sauce that I got was a 100%. Extra she didn't even put that much on the 2 another sandwichs combined. The person in the store started to count her money dawer , and as somebody who has worked in fast food for the last 3 years, I know that that means she didn't want us there and she wasn't very subtle about it. It is also not appropriate to count your money in front of customers and dangerous for the store. This was honestly just one of the worst subways i've ever been to some of the grossest sandwiches i've ever been given and some of the most awful customer service. And if she was the only one in the store I have to assume that means that she was the manager. Or as shift lead and that is appalling.
