- SSStephen Sluyter2 days ago4.0The customer service on our last visit was above and beyond, for a McDonald's at least. The food was done well too. We were in the Play Place so it can be more challenging to keep thing tidy. Looked good but felt like there was a layer stickiness on the tables we sat at, we used our own wipes to clean the table we ate at. The play area was enjoyable and functional with not broken or out of order pieces. To us it seemed clear the management cares about their customers experience.

- SUsinan uaMar 14, 20265.0I came to this McDonald’s location and placed an order through the app. Right after I paid, I realized the food I ordered wasn’t what I actually wanted. I tried to cancel the order immediately, but the app wouldn’t let me do it. So I went up to the staff and asked if it was possible to change the order. A guy came over right away, I explained the situation to him, and he called over a girl and explained to her what I needed. I was really pleasantly surprised by how quickly the staff solved the problem. They ended up bringing both the original order and the new one, and I didn’t even have to pay anything extra. I just want to say a big thank you for such a kind and helpful attitude.
