I called Safeway and they verified some of the order was still at the store. They were so apologetic! I went back and got the missing items and had to assure the employee it was all good. She was so relieved to have a positive response to a mix up. Things happen! These are human beings doing the best they can during the holidays/post Seahawks game. Thanks for making it right and doing it respectfully 😊

They'll leave it in the warming bin for the full length of time they are allowed to keep it out... State or federal rules.... Otherwise itll be left out until sold... The manager for the deli is so gross. Qfc is actually worse so the lesser of two evils here...probably end up there if Safeway let's them go lol...

It's outdated and is rarely clean and smelling fresh. And this isn't Seattle so there isn't a bunch of people trying to find shelter in a bathroom for whatever reason, so there's no excuses. I have Crohn's so I judge bathrooms a little harder than most but to me it's disrespectful to your customers to have a bathroom in need of some kind of attention. Anyways, most of the staff or employees are nice and friendly but there's an older blonde that usually works self checkout that has never been friendly to me for no apparent reason(s)! But she's the only one and Bonney Lake is my home store so besides crying on here 🤦🏼 I could careless. Lol The other thing that bugs me but isn't a big deal is that everything is flip flopped or in different areas than the Bonney Lake Safeway and most others. 4 stars because of the bathroom!
