  Be prepared for a long wait with certain items running out on a regular basis. If this was not one of the few options in Elma, I would never go back.

  Good food but do better with the meal deals. Didn't get enough fries. Probably stick with aberdeen arbys

  AVOID!! FOOD POISONING and orders not filled. Here's my experience with the dump. Traveling in my RV. Went there a couple of weeks ago for some food and ordered inside. First thing I noticed was how slippery and dangerous the floors were. Almost fell due to the wrong flooring. Got my order, got to my car and didn't get the curly fries I ordered. Went back in, the manager put some fresh fries down and scraped out the bin and gave me all the bits and pieces that had been sitting there instead of the fresh ones. Whatever... Went back a few days ago. Ordered a French Dip and almost fell again from the wrong flooring (anything wet on the floor like rain water tracked in, turns the floor into something as slippery as greased snot on a door knob and employees shared that there have been two employees injured by the situation and one had broken bones). Got back to my RV and no Au Jus sauce. Drove back and showed my receipt and the sandwiches I ordered were sitting in my rv getting cold. Manager replaced the full order. Cool. Well, was cool until I got food poisoning and spent two days dealing with that. Attaching a photo of the managing company. I could easily tell that none of the employees were happy because they are having to deal with poor management from the owning company. This place is deplorable and going to report them to the State. It was stated by employees that they have reported to North West Beef LLC (Franchise Owner) about their concerns of the flooring and nothing has been done, even after employees were severely injured. None of what I'm saying is being put on the employees, it's all on North West Beef LLC for not listening to them and not fixing anything. Edited to say, also going to contact Corporate Office and report them.
