The food is consistently tasty and satisfying, especially the Crunchwraps and cheesy nachos. However, the service can be a bit hit or miss; I've had long waits during busy hours. Overall, it's a decent spot for a quick bite when I'm craving some Mexican-inspired fast food.

Sign is on the main road, turn right AFTER the Taco Bell sign otherwise you will be turning into Burger King. The restaurant is set back so you can't see it from the road. It's the smallest Taco Bell I've ever been in but it was busy, had plenty of spots to dine (though a bit tight), and they were efficient. There was a line for drive-thru so we parked and ordered online. The app said our order would be ready in 1 minute so we went straight inside and sat down. Bottom line: It should not have said 1 minute. It was more likely 5 to 7 minutes which is still fine but don't tell me it's 1 minute. Staff was very busy with drive up orders so we understood. Staff was very friendly and eager to make you happy so five stars for staff. Food was great, napkins in the bag, all was well. There is a small Electrify America charging right there so that's a bonus for many. Overall, great!

I placed an online order and part of my order was missing. Imagine getting your breakfast salsa without anything to PUT IT ON. Especially venturing out in the snow for an inconvenience. Can’t even pick up the phone for your customers. Shame on you.

VERY POOR SERVICE!!! Went in to the dining area order. It was 10:05pm. Door says hours are open after 7am and closes after 3am. I placed my order. Several saw me at the kiosk placing my order. I was told to leave and use the drive through. They said the dining room was closed. I told them the hours on the door do not say they close at 10pm and that the doors were open and unlocked. I was again told to leave. I will never eat here again!!! AVOID EATING HERE!

I placed an online order this evening. My son and I arrived to pick up my order and he decided to order something as well, separately. He told the woman at the drive thru speaker that we are also picking up an online order. We pulled up to the drive thru window. My son paid for his order and reminded the woman that we also need to pick up the online order which the app had indicated was ready 5 minutes prior to our arrival. The woman handed my son a bag. He asked her about the other order and she stated that in order to obtain the order we had to drive back around and get back into the drive thru line. When we inquired why and that we are right there at the window, both orders paid for. She refused to answer and shut the window not passing us the other order. Not being able to communicate with her as she turned her back to us, we drove around and got back into the drive thru line. When we finally arrived at the window, the woman again turned her back to us without acknowledging our presence. After a few minutes, she quickly handed the other order to my son and shut the window again and walked away. This was tremendously ridiculous, a waste of our time, inefficient and completely disrespectful. We will not return. I cannot believe this behavior is accepted by the management at that store.
