  Ordered Turkey / Provolone / Oil / Vinegar on French roll. Got Turkey / Provolone / Slime and/or snot. Took the sandwich back to the restaurant within 7 minutes. They refused to remake it, and of course refused to refund the price of the sandwich. So long Ellensburg Jimmy Johns, never again!

  Stopped in for a quick lunch, place warent real busy so got my sandwich pretty fast. Bread was fresh enough an the fillings warent bad, nothin that stood out one way or the other. Fella at the counter was alright, got the order right which is bout all you can ask for. Decent spot if youre in a hurry an just need somethin quick to eat without spendin much

  Came in yesterday on a road trip. One of my kids ordered a slim and when it finally arrived (15 minutes later) he changed his mind. I asked if I could pay the difference to add veggies and make it a regular. The girl took my sandwich threw it in the garbage and then charged me again for a new sandwich. If I knew she was going to throw it away I would have kept it!!! What a waste and such rude service. No where to sit, slow service and rude staff.
