I told him a turkey italiano, I’ve ordered it this way for 4 or 5 years now at subways all over the country and never had an issue, until today. He told me we don’t make those anymore. I said I realize it’s no longer on the menu, but you can still make them. We don’t make them anymore. Ok.. I’ll have an Italian bmt with turkey instead of ham. He said he’d have to charge it as a spicy Italian. I didn’t look, but a spicy italian is probably more somehow, even if it isn’t, he was just being argumentative just because. Absolutely terrible customer service from someone who has no business being in any kind is supervisory position.
