  We've given this Jimmy John's multiple tries, but they are consistently extremely slow. We've waited 30 minutes for two easy sandwiches on a non busy day. Don't stop here on your road trip if you want to be quick. Sandwiches are good, but not worth the time when there are so many other options near by.

  It seems JJ's is going towards the model of smaller buildings to save on real estate costs and encourage drive thru instead to get more sales. This is a poor model when your location revolves around pit stops to take a break when you're on your way to Spokane or Seattle. This location makes that difficult; it only takes a couple of cars to block up the driveway and you can only fit ~6 people in the building.

  Deliveries are consistently half an hour to 45 minutes late. Sometimes my order is right. Food is fine once it arrives.

  For a company whose entire business model is based on speed, this location does not come close to delivering.We were surprised and frustrated that our one sandwich took 20-30 mins to make. There were only one or two people in line in front of us plus cars at the drive up window. This extended delay happened to us last time we were here; we assumed it was a fluke—until yesterday when it happened again. We will not be returning.

  The food was good and the servers were what I’d expect for a fast food joint, but the service was freaky slow and the floor was filthy.
