I called and they immediately dispatched someone to bring the sauce as well as a free drink. I called again hoping to let them know before they sent the driver out but they arrived while I was on the phone. They apologized and then sent us an entire order of Buffalo mac and cheese on top of more Buffalo sauce. I can't believe how good the customer service is. I would give it 6 stars if I could.
