For that alone, I would never do business with these people. Now when you have a problem in the drive-thru and you go inside they have a sign that says you have to use the mobile app. You can stand there. You can ask for help. You can jump up and down and scream. They will completely ignore you as if you are not a human being and you are not even there. It is the most disgusting attitude I've ever seen towards the customer. Shameful
