  Today, Oct 25th, got this stores online deal pizza. Picked up, ready and hot. As I was there, saw at least two ppl in training. After returning home,picked up the first piece of pie cut pizza, and several toppings rolled off. Weird, but but in. Withing a couple bites, it was clear, no cheese! No wonder the toppings were rolling off. I looked closely and didn't see any cheese. Called the store, talked to management " nobody has ordered without cheese. You ordered so many toppings". What, that has nothing to do with my paying for a pizza that doesn't have cheese. No offer to make the mistake right. Bad business! 😕

  So I've tried to call this location several times today because I made an order and in the past I've had trouble with my orders they brought me a pork pizza and I do not eat pork which is pepperoni and I asked for a cheese pizza today. I'm trying to call to make sure that my order is correct and that it's only half vegetable and half cheese And every time I call it's a busy signal

  Just all bad got delivery the pizza came completely smushed and they delivery driver wouldn’t leave until I tipped him (when I tried explaining I tipped through the app) I tried to call and get my order corrected and fixed and no one ever answered the phone I called at least 35 times to no avail. They missed and item I ordered as well as the dipping sauces! If you have the choice go to a different dominos or maybe a Pizza Hut or little Caesar’s as I will never order from here again because this is insane.

  We ordered a pretty basic pizza I personally feel like just with a two liter and parm bites. The parm bites were absolutely dry. The pizza crust did not taste good at all. The pizza itself wasn’t it. 8 slices and we only ate like 2-4 pieces of pizza because it was gross. HOWEVER one thing I can say is Monte was great! He’s a great delivery driver and deserves props for being so nice upon delivery. At least they got one thing right. The food deserves 0 stars but I gave 2 because of him.

  I placed a delivery order in the app with the Edmonds, WA store, which had been the closest store for years, and it took my order and charged my credit card but an hour in when I had gotten no update I called the Edmonds store and got the Manager who told me they had just changed their delivery area and I had to call a newly opened Shoreline store to have them fulfill my order. I called the Shoreline store, which was great and had apparently gotten a reroute through the app of my order, but the Edmonds store, and the app generally, were massive failures. No message that my delivery address was now out of their area. No message that my order was being rerouted. No message for over an hour (when the app aaid it would be 20 minutes) until I called the Shoreline store to check. And the manager from the Edmonds store was abrupt and placed the blame with me for ordering at the "wrong" store and when I asked for her name put me on hold. (The Shoreline store apparently opened a week ago, and I am glad I won't have to patronize the Edmonds store again.) I understand the app is likely supposed to take care of this and notify customers their address is out of a delivery area for a store and direct them to the correct store to use so there are no delays. But the manager at the Edmonds store should have been armed with the correct information -- that the order had been rerouted to Shoreline and did not need to be placed with them anew or had not been started -- rather than blaming the customer for ordering with Edmonds when there was no notice the delivery area had changed. Change can be disruptive, but I am hopeful the management of the Edmonds store and the app generally find a better way to communicate that change to customers. I would have ordered food from somewhere else if I knew how long we would be waiting.
