    First: I ordered online for pickup— right on the Arby’s WEBSITE on my phone, NOT through an app or 3rd party (Grub Hub, Uber Eats, or Door Dash that are the ones listed when you access Arby’s via Apple Maps). To Arby’s staff I’d like to say: FANTASTIC JOB!!!👏🏆 🏆👏 Online ordering was easy, including making changes & substitutions and checkout. Pricing was up front and clear. I appreciate that I wasn’t forced to download yet another app just to place one order. (I would’ve choose somewhere else to eat if they did.) Arby’s staff got EVERYTHING RIGHT in my order. And I mean even the “little things” that are often overlooked but can still ruin a take-out order. I ordered the French Dip & Swiss meal. They got the changes to my sandwich right. They got EVERY SAUCE I requested and in the correct amount. There were even napkins & an straw inside the bag.🎉 Everything was wrapped & packaged nicely (though I’d recommend using a container that’s a little more leakproof for the au jus) and the food was hot and tasted great! I appreciate that the soda lid has a seal/sticker over the opening that prevents both leaking and contamination.👍 All the above is a FIRST for me in years of ordering (or attempting to) online. Including via apps. When restaurant staff get all the details right, it makes you want to come back. I will.👍

    The manager is incredible!! the service is just 10/10 overall it was my first time going and the manager helped me out and was just a welcoming place over all and the food was really good enjoyed it a lot and will definitely come again. I recommend!

    I walked into Arby’s like a hero returning to the homeland. The moment I saw the half pound roast beef sandwich my soul began singing. Not quietly either. I am talking full choir with dramatic lighting. This sandwich is a work of art. It is like someone asked what pure joy looks like and Arby’s said Hold on I got you and piled roast beef until gravity had questions. Every bite felt like a warm hug from a meat wizard. I do not know who is slicing the roast beef back there but they deserve a national holiday. I would happily write their name in the sky if I had access to a plane. The sandwich defeated me in the best possible way. I needed a nap and maybe emotional support. If I were stranded on a desert island and could choose one thing to bring with me it would be a half pound roast beef sandwich. Not for survival. Just for morale. Arby’s truly has the meats and I truly have no regrets.

    I have not eaten at Arby’s in probably 15 years. After buying some food from this location I will probably never return again. The sandwich did not look anything like the picture. It hardly had any meat on it. The fries were clearly old and discussing.
