  Tired to order from them. They canceled the order on us and said they won't transfer back the money until days later, claiming their system was down. They treated us rudely on the phone and wouldn't even give us a simple explanation.

  I’ve waited until this happened for the 4-5th time to actually complain about it. I’ve never said anything I always just accept it and eat it but whoever is working here literally cannot seem to add more than two ingredients. DO NOT ORDER THE PESTO PIZZA BECAUSE THEY CANT EVEN ADD ALL THE INGREDIENTS AND GOD FORBID YOU CUSTOMIZE IT. They didn’t even finish cutting my pizza this time lol. I’m not coming back here they must be high :/

  If I could give this location zero stars, I would. The staff at this Pizza Hut (719 Meridian Ave E, Edgewood, WA) were not only rude but openly mocked my severe hearing disability. When I asked for their names to report the behavior, they refused. To make matters worse, the delivery driver didn’t even complete my order, dropped the food he did have, tried to “fix it,” and still attempted to hand it to me as if nothing happened. This was insulting, unprofessional, and a complete violation of basic respect and food safety. As a disabled veteran, I will be reporting this discrimination to the ADA and my VA representative. Corporate needs to seriously reevaluate who they are hiring at this location.

  I believe I spoke Cindy.... Sorry for miss spelling or use of wrong name. Anyways, I made a mistake in my order and called for help in fixing the issue. The team very quickly had me speaking with the proper authority. The manager was very pleasant and helped to expedite the issue quickly and efficiently. Very pleased with their ability to resolve issues in such a professional manner. Good job team Milton Pizza Hut! Love Rob Dog 😎👍
