- NLNick LarsonApr 20, 20262.0The experience in the drive through is odd. The employee wants you to move forward and park in front of the drive thru after you pay. This is because they are trying to cheat their order time metrics. Today at 1pm on a Monday I was in the drive thru with no other cars behind or in front of me. I ordered a quesadilla. Paid. Employee asked me to pull forward and they will bring it out. I just ignored him. Why would I want to move the truck when I’m literally the only person here. When he brought the quesadilla, he said “here you go, thanks for moving”. It gets even more weird when it’s busy and you do move. There’s always like 3 cars trying to move around each other all because of this stores order time metrics. Annoying. Poor customer service.
