This is a terrible store. If you don't believe me then go shop there a few times and see how it works out for you. Good luck with the West roundabout getting into the parking lot

I’ve shopped at Safeway to get my groceries for years and have recently moved to the area and switched to this Safeway. Every single pick up order that I have done through this Safeway has not been a good experience. I have consistently received bad produce or PAID for items that have been MISSING from my order. This is extremely frustrating as Safeway really pushes for the online pick up orders. This is the only store I have had these issues with and am having a difficult time wanting to use this service further.

I want to recognize Sherry and Hong from the produce department at the East Wenatchee Safeway. Every time I visit, they go above and beyond to help me out with a smile. It is clear they care about their customers and the quality of their work. Excellent employees like this are what build true customer loyalty. Thank you both!
