We’ve tried this Taco Bell a few times because it’s right down the road but I’m not coming back after tonight. Every time our food has been subpar at best, they serve olddddd food that’s been out for hours and they can’t be bothered to do anything extra. My fault for coming back. For starters I pay for extra sour cream or extra this or that for every order and have never one time received any of that. However that’s not my main point, tonight I was served a BURNT Mexican pizza that tasted so strongly of dirty oil and my side dish of fiesta potatoes was so stale I could hardly even believe they made it into my bag and not the trash can…?? I’m not even picky so the fact I couldn’t even choke any of it down was so disappointing… ended up throwing the ENTIRE order away. This place is a waste of money. They need to hire people who care, even if just slightly more than the staff they have currently. If you wouldn’t eat it yourself, maybe DON’T serve it to paying customers??
