  I want to thank Navan for his excellent service at Subway. He was friendly and attentive. He made my order quick and accurate. He was helpful and the atmosphere was welcoming. I will definitely return because of his great attitude. Thank you Navan for making my visit pleasant.

  I have a coupon for a free Subway sandwich. I always buy at this location and I regularly use the rewards app. Today, when I tried to redeem my coupon, they told me that it is not valid at this location. I do not understand how that makes sense, since they have no problem scanning and accepting my reward points every time I purchase there. I even asked the employee if we could at least try scanning the code to see if it would work, and they gave me a firm no and refused to even attempt it. The employee was very blunt and said that their manager does not allow them to redeem promotions. I felt that they did not try to offer any solution at all. Because of that, I decided to leave. The situation was very disappointing, and it was very difficult to even have a conversation with the employee.

  I arrived to the store, there was a personal stuff talking on the phone, he even came to tell me, " sorry , just a moment or something like that , showing professionalism " , he just keep speaking on the phone and me waiting . Please if you gonna do something like that maybe u should do that unless u have someone helping the costumers.. I ran out of time , some people has things to do , it can't make us wait to long till they finish whatever they were doing when I went there.

  I will never get a sandwich let alone a bag of chips from this establishment! It's a franchise of course and the owner and his wife are rude! He made my sandwich then she finished it by the time it comes for me to pay he is pressing the pos machine as well as she and I thought I saw my total so I continued to pull out my wallet soon as her husband seen some money ( I am a graveyard waitress) he started pressing away and my total was high even with my coupon he had to do two transactions. Nonetheless I will stick to CORPORATE Subways where they speak English around their customers so they won't offend others and they accept ALL coupons future customers receive in the mail!
