  I have ordered many pizzas from here. I used to like the pizza. My advise is to call it in. I used their app and received a $20+ medium cheese pizza!!! I would never pay that for a cheese pizza. I was told that was that, don't use their app!!!! I was told I couldn't speak to a manager, he was busy with complaints!!!! So, I spoke to a teen who does not know anything about customer service. There was NO receipt given and no way to look up past orders. I mean, who doesn't provide a receipt? Instead of making it right, they lost my business. I buy pizza once a week a min of $40... It adds up. To the owner: Thank You for the response and your gesture. I am sorry for inappropriate language on my behalf, I feel you should hear the recording. Lack of respect and no answers can leave a person very frustrated. Your pizza is good but the customer service, anytime I have been, is lacking.

  This pizza 🍕 puts other joints like Pizza Hut or Domino's to shame! It's more costly but, you get what you pay for!! Mmmmm... You can try multiple kinds of pizza with their pizza bar and a good salad bar too!

  Very disappointed. We reserved the private room for a family function, and verified the reservation in person a few days prior. When we arrived, they were putting a different group in the room. After speaking to a staff member who was unable to assist, the manager offered a brief and unhelpful "sorry we double booked it" with no attempt at resolving the issue. We were told we could take a table in the general area, but no staff offered to help rearrange tables or provide menus. We ended up calling around and finding open space at a different restaurant that treated us very kindly. The manager finally called us approximately 90 minutes later to attempt apologizing, but by then we were already eating elsewhere.
