  I’m never one to review something, but I have never been to a subway this bad, I ate half my sandwich before realizing the bread was moldy, and when I asked for a refund, the guy brings out the bag of bread and the mold is everywhere in the bag like really bad… and he argued with me about giving me a refund, even though I was trying to be super nice, but at this point I’m like “forget it” and he followed me on my way out the store insisting that he would make me another sandwich. Keep in mind I was in the store eating so there was zero reason to not refund me, I wasn’t trying to pull a fast one. Ive worked in both food and retail so I get not being able to refund certain things but that was insane. Worst experience I’ve ever had in fast food place 😭😭😭 the pic of my moldy sandwich is the least of the mold too, I just ate the bad part 🤢

  My boyfriend and I went there for dinner 3/2 at around 5pm. And the server was very rude! First off, she didn't even give us the right bread. We both asked for Italian herb and cheese and gave us the white cheese bread. Then when my boyfriend asked if this was the right one, she was very snarky in her responses. Then my boyfriend actually had to point out the right bread he wanted and she snapped at him saying "it's the same bread" while huffing and rolling her eyes. Even though it wasn't the same bread. It was obviously different. That wasn't even all that happened. Then when my boyfriend couldn't hear what she was saying because she was talking too quietly and he repeated himself while still being respectful. She snapped AGAIN saying, "I understand" and rolling her eyes again. Then the icing on the cake was when my boyfriend asked for his sandwich extra toasted. Some might think he's weird but yes, he likes his sandwich pretty toasted. So, she toasted it once. Then he said, "can I please get it more toasted" her response "well the edges are already burnt". They weren't that burnt but anyway. He responded "yeah can I please get it more toasted, I like my stuff well done." Her response "well if it turns out wrong it's not my problem." Again very snippy and unprofessional. We shouldn't have give her our money and we're not coming back here again. My boyfriend even gave her a tip even though he felt she didnt deserve it. We were both respectful so that lady (shes lucky I didnt ask her name) needs to learn what proper customer etiquette is.

  I've never been to a subway as cheap as this one. They go below the portions and if you don't catch them, they'll add an extra charge to your sandwich.

  Probably one of the best subways that I have been too. The gal that helped me was super friendly and did an amazing job on the 4 sandwiches. Will definitely be coming back to this specific subways restaurant. You should consider giving this employee a raise. Probably the first time I have engaged with such a friendly and professional subway employee. Thank you!
