  I come here all the time! great everything. The honey mustard tasted like burnt tires and acid. 4/11/26 It smelled horrible too. Don’t get honey mustard and throw the whole batch away.

  I don’t try to frequent fast food often. Especially this McDonald’s. The lack of care and attention to what they’re doing is atrocious. Went through the drive through for breakfast, asked for a sausage egg McMuffin no cheese but received a sausage McMuffin w cheese no egg. Went through drive through again, spoke w two people, let them know AGAIN I wanted a sausage egg McMuffin no cheese. Both looked me in my eyes as if they understood yet what did I receive? The same sandwich I didn’t want. Waste of time

  This location has consistently messed up my orders. On April 2nd, they did not give me the 10 chicken nuggets that I ordered. Also, today they did not give me the egg McMuffin I ordered. I called and spoke to a team member called "Loke" who turned out to be a liar. She assured me that they would give me the egg McMuffin, even though it was nearing close to the breakfast end time of 11am. After getting my two very young children into the car to get there within the hour, she changed her story and told me she would not give me what was missed because breakfast was over. I reminded her that was not what she said on the phone and she lied to my face again causing me to feel like there was a racial component involved. I hardly order from here anyway and had recently done so due to the K-Pop Demon Hunters promotion. This sealed the deal though, I am done being cheated out of my money.

  The food didn't taste right. I've not had McDonald's in years. I stopped to get a mcGriddle meal. Idk what it was but it tastes very off. My dog wouldn't even eat it.

  (Edit) below the owner has commented, asking me to submit more information to customer service. I have already done so, and the only response I received was that customer cannot help and it is the responsibility of the owners. I know from other stores that the owners have access to my information and could contact me directly if they wanted to actually solve the problem. Commenting on here is just to look good but not actually do anything. This McDonald’s is one of the absolute worst I have ever been to. The service inside the restaurant is unbelievably slow. You can’t get anyone at the counter to pay attention to you. They are also constantly out of standard product - today it was meat. What even is the point of a McDonald’s if they don’t have burgers? And on top of that they are not capable or willing to refund money when they do not have the product. They do not communicate that they are out of prodding or offer replacement - they just charge you and then don’t give you the correct items. I can’t believe they are still in business.
