Probably one of the best subways that I have been too. The gal that helped me was super friendly and did an amazing job on the 4 sandwiches. Will definitely be coming back to this specific subways restaurant. You should consider giving this employee a raise. Probably the first time I have engaged with such a friendly and professional subway employee. Thank you!

This place has gone downhill. The sub is stale, and they will cancel any order online that uses coupon (without using coupon it's fine tho). Why do you participate in coupon service if you don't want to honor them???

I bought a foot long sandwich and found quite a bit of hair in the sandwich from this place I don't think these people use hair nets or pay attention when they prepare the food ....I will not be going back to this place again

Had an absolutely horrendous experience. Ordered 2 subs online, got home only to see a cold sub, the bread getting soggy and tastes extremely stale. For reference I asked for both subs to be toasted. This particular store has gotten worse over time, so I tried calling the store and if I can bring them back to the store for them to correct it. The person on the other end was extremely rude and rather short. She bluntly said “I know I toasted those subs so it won’t matter if you bring them in”. I was in utter shock with the respond and could only say excuse me to make sure I heard it correctly before she hung up on me. If the management or owner cares about their business and customer satisfaction, I hope this can help paint the picture of how rude your employees are and explain why you don’t get as much traffic as before. This always was my go to store but now I’d rather go to a different store out of my way to dodge their crappy service and sandwiches. I’m posting the picture of one of the sandwiches for everyone to see whether they really were “toasted” or not.
